As the enthusiastic Owner and Administrator of Emerald Care, Nancy Bond is the heart and soul of the business. “You can’t thrive in this business if you don’t love it, and there isn't anything else that I’d rather be doing,” Nancy will always tell you. Nancy adds that “Emerald Care is not like other similar agencies where they are simply dealing with ‘clients’ - we treat everyone we associate with as if they are part of our own family. Our staff and I remain steadfast in our total commitment to provide everyone with the highest level of service and quality that is second to none.”

Nancy is a Registered Nurse in Utah and Oregon, a Certified Care Manager through the National Academy of Certified Care Managers and an Advanced Professional Member of the Aging Life Care Association. Her professional employment has ranged from working in a high-energy hospital setting to caring of those faced with the need for end-of-life assistance. Her experience also includes the role of Director of Health Services in several assisted living facilities.

Nancy moved to Corvallis, Oregon in July to be closer to her family and opened an Emerald Care office providing both Care Management and long-term care referrals in Benton and Linn counties. She’s enjoying exploring the Pacific Northwest!
